La Compagnie is born

La Compagnie is founded under the name Dreamjet in October 2013 by Frantz Yvelin and Peter Luethi, with the help of Pierre-Hugues Schmit, Yann Poudoulec, Nicolas Jurczyk, and François Ledreux. Their ambition: to create the first fully business-class airline at competitive prices.

The maiden flight

La Compagnie operates its first commercial flight between Paris–Orly and Newark–Liberty using a Boeing 757-200 configured exclusively for business class.

A new fleet

Founder Frantz Yvelin chooses the Airbus A321neo and launches an ambitious project to renew La Compagnie’s fleet.

2015

Change is in the air

In the wake of Brexit, La Compagnie leaves the UK market and doubles its flights between Paris and New York to offer more frequency to its business passengers.

A new line for a new year

La Compagnie completely renews its fleet, putting two A321neo aircraft in 100% business configuration into service in June and September 2019. On this occasion, the French airline opens a seasonal route between Nice and New York.

La Compagnie launches its Milan–New York Route

As of April 16, the airline connects Milan Malpensa Airport to Newark Airport, making Italy its second European destination.

Celebrating 10 years of flying

La Compagnie marks its 10th anniversary, with 9,000 flights completed and 480,000 passengers transported.

A new aircraft soon

In July 2024, La Compagnie announced the order for a new 100% business class A321neo which will join the fleet in September 2026.

Our aircraft

Since June 2019, La Compagnie has been using brand new Airbus A321neo planes for even more comfort, innovation and fuel efficiency.

The A321NEO Airbus

La Compagnie is the first airline in France to deploy this new generation of quieter, more fuel-efficient aircraft that reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 30% compared with the previous fleet.In 2025, we optimized one of our Airbus A321NEOs by increasing its range by 700 km, now achieving a maximum autonomy of 4300 NM (7963.6 km).

This enhancement further improves our performance while strengthening our reliability, punctuality, and the quality of our service.
