The processing of personal data is part of situations that are clearly identified according to your relationship with Dreamjet SAS.

A. In the context of Information and Communication

Dreamjet SAS processes personal data for the purposes of information or external communication for all persons who wish to know more about our activities or to be informed about it in the long term. Dreamjet SAS processes personal data for the purposes of:

To manage passenger reservations, issue tickets, execute air transport contracts and associated additional services (choice of a seat, purchase of a specific meal tray, insurance subscription, download of an application for services provided by our partners allowing access to an on-board entertainment offer). We process data electronically in order to allow the conclusion of the transport contract and must have identification data in order to record them in the same reservation file (PNR) containing the information concerned (identity of passengers, contact details, contact details, ticket price, itinerary (s) and date (s) of travel). According to the regulations applicable to travel, Dreamjet SAS must also collect the main information on travel documents (for example: passport or identity card number, date and country of issue, expiration date, expiration date, nationality of the passenger). Dreamjet SAS processes personal data in order to allow you to manage your data within a Dedicated Account, accessible online, placed under your control with identifiers whose confidentiality you must maintain.

In general, as part of the management and monitoring of the relationship with our customers, personal data is processed by Dreamjet SAS for the purposes of:

  1. To offer services and products similar to those you have already contracted with the company or different services and products when you have consented to receive other commercial solicitations;

Dreamjet SAS processes data as part of the implementation of websites accessible at the addresses lacompagnie.com, as well as in the context of mobile sites or applications that can be downloaded from Apple® store and Androïd® store (hereinafter the “Sites”).
