Nolwenn Corre

Passengers who were hoping to find an authentic taste of the ocean were not disappointed on board our November 8, 2022 flight from Paris. Chef Nolwenn Corre joined us to introduce our passengers to recipes faithful to her Breton origins: as a starter, a Jerusalem artichoke lobster with vanilla, followed by her signature dish with sea bream and butternut.
