Delice. In July, leaving from Paris, Chef David Toutain offered his signature dish: Salmon Ballotine, Macedonia and Basil Mayonnaise, a memory of his childhood. To celebrate this event, the Chef came to present his recipe to our passengers on July 31 on flight B0100. Travelling is also a matter of taste.
