On October 3, 2022, Piper-Heidsieck chose its best cuvees and vintages in order to introduce passengers to champagne during lunch. Emilien Boutillat, Head Sommelier, was on board to offer our passengers a delicious food and champagne pairing at an altitude of 10,000 meters.
