Flynn McGarry has everything of a great guy! This young prodigy officially started his career as a chef at the age of 11! Yes, you read that right: 11 years!

Thanks to the unwavering support of his mother who knew how to let his innate talent express itself, he opened his first restaurant Eurêka, at the age of 13 in Los Angeles, followed three years later by a pop-up in New York.

Spotted by Daniel Humm, he studied at Eleven Madison Park and moved to the Lower East Side last year to create his own brand:GEM.

With his childish face and his rebellious streak, the media have nicknamed him the “Justin Bieber of the kitchen” but don't be fooled by appearances, at barely 20 years old, he is one of the most promising and recognized chefs in the city.

His menus, composed of a dozen dishes, according to his desires and market products, are delicate and inventive. The flavors are subtle and as surprising as they are improbable.

He himself provides both services every evening in the dining room for 16 seats and who uses his recipes with a bit of timidity, which makes him very endearing.
