The billionaire's bay in Antibes
Far from any urban area, the coastal path, called Tirepoil, is located at the southern end of Cap d'Antibes. Since the middle of the 19th century, this small piece of paradise has attracted wealthy men who built palaces. On this rock, which seems hostile (and only in appearance), nature has been able to adapt. As proof, we can find an incredible floral diversity: the Crithmum, the Hubergia of Chile, the Lavandula de mer (endangered species) and the Anthyllis barba-jovis (endemic species). At the foot of the cliff, a seaweed meadow testifies to the quality of the water. This hike, with its path and stairs in steeper locations, is easy to hike - provided you have the right shoes - and will leave you in awe for the two hours it takes to walk.
