If you are vaccinated or a minor under 11, you must:

  • provide a certificate of vaccination (vaccines recognized by the EMA
  • fulfill the sworn statement here

If you are not vaccinated, you must:

  • print and fill in the sworn statement that you can download here
  • provide a negative PCR test <72h or a negative Antigenic test <48h
  • be able to present a compelling reason for your travel by filling out a travel certificate (downloadable here) accepting the following conditions:  

- to take an antigen test or biological examination on arrival in metropolitan France

- to self-isolate for seven days, and another sworn undertaking to take a biological virological screening test (PCR) at the end of the isolation period


We remind you that specific restrictions for Covid-19 are in force and, as such, entry to US territories is restricted to the following profiles*:

    - U.S. citizens or permanent residents 

    - Family and relatives of U.S. citizens or permanent residents

     - Holders of certain types of VISA      

     - Passengers with an exemption granted by the US Embassy

All supporting documents must have been issued and validated by a competent authority (Embassy, Consulate or US Customs) and be provided in English.

At the check-in counter before your flight, we kindly ask you to provide:

  • a declaration on your honor that you must print and fill out here
  • a negative PCR or Antigenic test <72h 

If you are not vaccinated, you must also provide a compelling reason to leave the French territory by printing and completing the travel certificate that you can find here.

Please note that passengers who do not meet the entry requirements described will be denied access to the plane.

If you meet the entry requirements, (Israeli citizens, Israeli residents or foreigners under specific conditions) you must also provide :

  • a declaration of entry into the country, which you can find here, to be filled out 24 hours before your arrival in order to receive a clearance to to enter the country
  • a negative PCR test of <72 hours, upon arrival you will have to do an additional PCR test


Wearing a surgical mask in mandatory to access the airport and must be worn for the duration of your flight until you leave the destination airport.

We recommend that you bring multiple masks to cover the entire duration of your trip and suggest that you change your mask every 4 hours.

This measure is mandatory for all passengers over 2 years old.


In order to limit contact, we kindly ask you to check in online. This service will be available 24 hours before your flight. 

At the time of your registration, you will be asked to provide a sworn statement that you are not experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19. We invite you to download the sworn statement at the link provided below and fill it in prior to registration.

In order to facilitate your boarding and landing procedures, and to limit contact onboard the aircraft, we invite you to bring a minimum amount of cabin baggage.

We remind you that you can check in up to 2 pieces of luggage per passenger, with a maximum of 70lbs each.

Access to all lounges is momentarily disrupted, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  • The Icare Lounge at Orly 4 remains open. However, access is limited to a restricted number of passengers to ensure we stay compliant with all sanitary measures. You may be refused access if the maximum quota is reached.
  • The Art&Lounge at Newark is closed until further notice due to public health regulations.

In addition to facilities enabling regular hand washing, hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are at your disposal all along your journey through the airport.

At check-in you will be asked to fill out and sign a certificate attesting that you do not have any symptoms associated with Covid-19.

Boarding and disembarkation will take place gradually, in compliance with current social distancing rules. We invite you to follow the instructions given by the ground staff.
Signage and markings on the ground have been put in place to limit contact with others. We invite you to respect them throughout your journey in the terminal.

Our latest-generation aircraft are equipped with an automatic circulation system that renews the air every 3 minutes, as well as HEPA filters (operating theatre type filters) that filter out dust, bacteria and viruses present in the air.

Our cabin-cleaning procedures have been reinforced with even stricter hygiene measures, in addition to a complete disinfection of the cabin between each flight (in compliance with EASA standards).

All of our personnel are equipped with protective equipment (mask and gloves) and have been trained to administer in-flight medical assistance.
