Departing from Paris in September, our passengers were able to enjoy a particularly delicious special recipe composed for them by Chef Frédéric Duca: Cod fillet, squid, chorizo, chorizo, fennel and candied lemon. The lucky passengers on flight B0100 on September 25 were also able to meet him because the Chef came to present his recipe and accompany it with 3 exceptional wines chosen by the sommelier Pascaline Lepeltier.
