To celebrate its 2 years of activity, La Compagnie wanted to pay tribute to the man who revolutionized French gastronomy, Mr. Paul Bocuse. For a whole week, passengers were able to enjoy the “Veal medallions with onion compote with black truffle sauce” from the “Chef of the Century” served at an altitude of 10,000 m, another revolution by La Compagnie!
