Passengers flying out of Paris in September had the opportunity to discover a particularly delicious recipe created for them by Chef Frédéric Duca: Cod fillet with squid, chorizo, fennel and candied lemon. And those flying B0100 on September 25th were the luckiest travelers of all as Chef Duca flew with them on La Compagnie to debut this new dish alongside 3 great wines personally chosen by Sommelier Pascaline Lepeltier.
