After a successful career racking up Michelin stars for his excceptional cuisine in world-renowned restaurants, Arnaud Faye took over as Executive Chef in 2016 at Relais & Châteaux' La Chèvre d'Or, a member of Les Grandes Tables du Monde. Faye oversees four restaurants, including the gourmet restaurant, the bar, and the catering service. He has maintained 2 Michelin stars ever since 2017 and in 2018 obtained four Gault & Millau Toques.
At the Chèvre d'Or, Faye celebrates the authenticity of an exceptional terroir that extends from the Mercantour rocky foothills to the intense blues of the Miterranean Sea. Its menu is inspired by these contrasts and magnifies the high quality products to be found on the Riviera and its surrounding areas.
