After a successful career in renowned establishments, Arnaud Faye was appointed in July 2016 Executive Chef of Relais & Châteaux de la Chèvre d'Or, a member of Les Grandes Tables du Monde. Arnaud oversees four restaurants, including the gourmet restaurant, a bar, and the banquet service. Arnaud Faye has maintained 2 Michelin stars since 2017 and obtained 4 toques from Gault & Millau in 2018.
At La Chèvre d'Or, Arnaud Faye celebrates the authenticity of an exceptional land that extends from the rocky foothills of Mercantour to the intense blues of the Mediterranean. Its menu is inspired by these contrasts and highlights the high quality products of the Riviera and the hinterland.
