Elected Best Chef of the Year by Gilles Pudlowski in 2013, Frédéric Duca was also awarded a Michelin star during his appearance at L'Instant d'Or in Paris. This Marseillais, very attached to the authenticity of French cuisine, moved to New York 3 years ago to take up a new challenge. After running the Racines restaurant in New York, he is now back in France and Paris where he opened Rooster, where he offers inventive and refined Mediterranean cuisine that enhances the product without altering it.
